
Returns Policy
At The Werombee Hive, we thoughtfully curate our selection of offerings based on quality, aesthetics, ethical business practices, and sustainability. We believe in a mindful approach to acquiring items for our homes and lifestyles, prompting us to urge you to thoroughly examine each product's photograph and description, including specific details such as measurements, before making a purchase.
In our commitment to being responsible stewards of our land and resources, we are unable to accept returns solely due to a change of heart. However, if you find yourself unsatisfied with your purchase, please reach out to hello@thewerombeehive.net, and we will make every effort to address your concerns.
Requests for returns must be submitted within 30 days of the delivery confirmation of your order. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition as received. It should also be returned in the original or adequately protective packaging. All approved returns must be postmarked within 30 days of receiving return authorization from our support team.
Returns are at the discretion of The Werombee Hive. Items that are NOT returnable include but are not limited to: jams, foods or spices; health, beauty, apothecary, and personal care products; seeds; gift cards; downloadable products; sale and discounted products; and items not directly purchased from The Werombee Hive.
INTERNATIONAL RETURN + EXCHANGE POLICY
All international orders are considered FINAL SALE and are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.
SALE + DISCOUNTED ITEMS
All sale and/or discounted items are FINAL SALE and do not qualify for a refund or exchange.
DAMAGED or INCORRECT ITEMS
If your order arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong item, please email us at hello@thewerombeehive.net with detailed photos of the damage. Each item will be assessed, and if eligible, a replacement or refund will be provided at The Werombee Hive's discretion. We cannot be held responsible for damages, delays, or additional charges incurred during shipping.
LOST OR STOLEN ORDERS
The Werombee Hive is not liable for lost, stolen, missing, or mis-delivered parcels. Lost or stolen packages should be reported to the carrier. Parcels returned to The Werombee Hive due to improper or incomplete addresses will be the responsibility of the customer.
REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
Refunds may not be applicable for items returned to The Werombee Hive that are not in their original condition, returned without prior authorization, or not postmarked within 7 days of receipt of our return authorization consent. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed immediately, and a credit will be applied to the original method of payment. Shipping expenses are not refundable.
RETURN SHIPPING COSTS
The buyer is responsible for covering the shipping costs for the return of their item. Shipping fees are paid to the carrier for transporting goods and are non-refundable. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service and/or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot process refunds for returns we do not receive.
CHANGES TO ORDERS
Due to our prompt shipping practices, we may not always accommodate requests for order revisions or changes. If your order has not shipped, we are happy to assist with any changes. Please email us at hello@thewerombeehive.net, and we'll do our best to accommodate your request.
