Welcome to The Werombee Hive, where we, Stuart and Ally Dench, blend our passion for craftsmanship with a deep connection to nature.

Stuart, a skilled apiarist, lovingly cares for our honeybees, which buzz around our small orchard, while overseeing the production of our signature Golden Honey. Ally, the creative force behind Werombee Hive, hand bottles our honey and crafts a variety of artisanal products, including beeswax candles, hand-knits, homemade preserves, and charming dolls and crochet teddy bears.

Our motto, "Our Hands, Nature’s Gifts," reflects our ethos: transforming the natural bounty of our small orchard and honeybees into unique, handmade treasures. Nestled in Theresa Park, NSW, our sanctuary celebrates the artistry and abundance of rural life. Surrounded by orchards, we embrace sustainability and self-sufficiency, with the hum of bees and the cluck of chickens echoing the rhythms of nature.

In the coming months, we’re excited to welcome guests to our new farm stay accommodation, offering a chance to relax in our peaceful surroundings and join us for workshops and retreats.
