Can you add a gift note to my order?
Certainly!! We can arrange a personalised message to be included with your online order.
During the Payment Page process, you will encounter the question 'Is this a gift?' Simply check the box and input your gift note in the designated space.

What type of payments do you accept?
We accept:

Do you offer tracking?
We use Australia Post to get your goods to you unless you request an alternation mode. We track orders via the AusPost app
If using a specified courier, upon the courier picking up or scanning your order, tracking information will be sent to you via email, providing additional updates throughout the shipping process.

How long will it take to receive my online order?
The duration for receiving your order is beyond our control once it leaves our doors and is handed over to the couriers.
Our goal is to dispatch and deliver orders to customers within 7 working days. However, delivery to certain regional areas in Australia may take an extended period.
Please note the delivery times on some custom made orders that can be between 2- 4 weeks.
Please note that during peak times like Free Shipping Events, Christmas, and public holidays, delays in delivery may occur due to factors such as the capacity of our transport providers, business closures during the holiday season, or higher order volumes that may require additional processing time.

Do you ship internationally?
Our non-food handmade items can be shipped internationally
Regrettably, we are currently unable to fulfill food retail orders to international markets due to numerous variables that may impact the clearance of produce, honey or honey products through customs.
Strikingly, there is a lack of consistent standards or import processes for honey across all countries, and requirements often undergo swift and unnotified changes. This situation means that, despite our efforts in producing and dispatching the order and your payment for it, there's a possibility it may not reach its destination. We trust you understand our concern, as we prefer not to accept payment for a product that we may encounter challenges delivering to you.

What is the shipping cost?
Our valued customers are welcomed to come to the Hive for collection of any goods
If that is not possible a parcel weighing:
- less than 500g will cost $10.00
- between 500g to 1kg will cost $13.50.
- between 1kg-3kg, will cost $17.00
- between 3kg-5kg will cost $20.50
The postage for parcels 5kg – 22kg is based on the weight or cubic weight (whichever is greater), and the destination. We will connect with you prior to confirmation if goods are over 5kgs to post
